1.1 What is the Sacoor Club?
The Sacoor Club is the loyalty program of Sacoor Brothers, Sacoor Outlet, Sacoor Kids and Sacoor One, launched in 1991. Program membership provides access to unique advantages in all participating stores worldwide. Whether in Lisbon, London or Singapore, you will always be recognized as a Sacoor Club member with corresponding benefits.
Our loyalty program is free to join and will make your shopping experience with us even more pleasurable. Membership gives you the chance to earn and spend Reward Points with Sacoor Brothers and all participating boutiques, and also enhances your shopping experience with services that make every visit to our stores more rewarding.
1.2 How do I become a Sacoor Club member?
To become a Sacoor Club member please visit our website – www.sacoorbrothers.com – and signup to create your account and join the Sacoor Club by accepting the terms and conditions. Alternatively, any of our staff members in any of our stores will be able to assist you with this. When you join online, your account is activated automatically as soon as you complete the enrolment process.
1.3 Once I’ve become a member, do I get a membership card?
The Sacoor Club card is a card-free program. As a member you can identify yourself in any of our participating stores through the App or by presenting your phone number and personal identification card (with a valid picture) to collect Points and redeem your benefits. Some examples of this include your personal ID card, passport or driver’s license.
1.4 How does the Sacoor Club work?
The Sacoor Club allows you to win Points with every purchase you make in all our participating stores. The more Points you earn, the more rewards and benefits you can enjoy.
There are two types of Points in the Sacoor Club program, which are valued in different ways.
1.5 How do I earn Points?
Earning Points quickly is naturally one of the things our Customers really care about. Every purchase at Sacoor Brothers rewards Points, even on special offers.
1.6 How do I spend Points?
Spend Reward Points on your style, from your favorite Sacoor Brothers collection items or by gifting your friends with our Sacoor Kids line. We do not apply any blackout dates to use your Reward Points, which gives you total flexibility on how to use them.
1.7 How do I access my account?
An easy-to-use, personalized My Account greets every Sacoor Club member after log in. It is straightforward to navigate and lets you see your total Points, recent transactions and many other useful information at a glance. To help you manage every aspect of your account, My Account acts as a hub of convenient links to relevant pages. Key alerts keep you up to date and it even shows you special offers related to your tier.
2.1 How can I earn Points?
Every time you shop with Sacoor Brothers you earn Reward Points. The Reward Points you earn when shopping from Sacoor Brothers are calculated using three inputs: ticket value, your membership tier and store you shop at.
So the more you spend, the more Reward Points you win. Once you reach the Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers you also begin collecting more Points.
You also earn Tier Points in addition to Reward Points every time you shop at Sacoor Brothers. They cannot be spent and are only used to build up your tier status from Blue, through Silver and Gold, to Platinum.
Your Tier Points are calculated using your ticket value only, net of all deductions and discounts.
2.2 What Tier Points do Sacoor Club members earn?
Sacoor Club members win a number of Tier Points equal to the value of the sale ticket, net of all deductions and discounts. This means that if your total sale ticket indicates 100.00 monetary units you will win 100 Tier Points.
2.3 What Reward Points do Blue, Silver, Gold or Platinum members earn?
When shopping at Sacoor Brothers, Sacoor Club members will receive a % of the total sale ticket as Reward Points. All you have to do is present your App or personal identification card (with valid picture) at the point of sale when you are finalizing your purchase.
This means that a Gold member that pays 100.00 monetary units for a sale ticket will accumulate 7.50 Reward Points.
Please note that when shopping in our Outlet stores you receive 50% of your Reward Points.
This means that a Gold member that pays 100.00 monetary units for a sale ticket will accumulate 3.75 Reward Points.
2.4 Will I receive different Reward Points by shopping at Outlet stores?
Yes. When shopping at Outlet stores Sacoor Club members will receive 50% of the Reward Points they would receive if they shopped at a Collection store. This means that if you are a Platinum customer shopping in one of our Outlet stores you would receive 5% of the sale ticket value as Reward Points.
2.5 Why is there a difference in the amount of Reward Points I win between Collection and Outlet stores?
Our Sacoor Brothers offer benefits such as “New collection” garments, free tailoring service, and special promotions. The advantage of our Outlet stores is to offer more affordable items. As such, Sacoor Club members that choose to buy in our Sacoor Brothers win more points. This difference is due to the distinction in prices that we have in these two store concepts.
2.6 When will Points be credited to my account?
Tier Points are credited to your account immediately after you have made a purchase. Reward Points are credited in your account on the following calendar day after your purchase.
2.7 Can I decide what Sacoor Club account I want to earn Points in?
No. Your Sacoor Club membership is personal and you must identify yourself at our stores to win/redeem Points on your purchases. This is our procedure to guarantee that your account is protected and that you are safely entitled to your membership benefits.
2.8 Do I earn Points whatever the garment type?
Yes you do. We offer Points on all fares, which applies to both Reward Points and Tier Points.
2.9 Do I win any new Reward/Tier Points when I redeem my existing Reward Points on a purchase?
Yes, you may. You will receive Reward/Tier Points based on the remainder amount paid after you have used your existing Reward Points. For example, if you use 10 Reward Points to pay for a sale ticket of 50.00 monetary units, your new Reward/Tier Points will be calculated over a value of 40.00 monetary units.
3.1 When can I use my Reward Points?
Your Reward Points are available to use on the next calendar day. As your Reward Points are valid for up to 13 months, you can use them regularly or save up for something really special.
3.2 How long are Reward Points valid for?
Your Reward Points are valid up to 13 months from the date your earning activity is completed. Within the calendar year that your Reward Points are due to expire, they will be removed from your account at the end of the month.
For example, if you earned Reward Points in June 2016, these Reward Points will expire on 30th June 2017.
3.3 Where can I check my Reward Points?
You may check the number of Reward Points you have and their expiry date in your online account at www.sacoorbrothers.com, via our App, or you may check them in the invoice of your last purchase.
3.4 Can I extend the validity of my Reward Points?
There is no Reward Points extension option available.
3.5 Are Reward Points cumulative with other offers and promotions including the “Birthday gift” discount benefit?
Yes. Your Reward Points can always be discounted on every purchase, even if other discounts are being applied.
3.6 How much are my Reward Points worth?
Your Reward Points are worth exactly the same amount in the currency of the country where you have enrolled in the Sacoor Club. This way you always know how much your Reward Points are worth. For example, if you are register in the UAE and have 75 Reward Points, they are worth exactly AED 75.00. Whereas if you are registered in Portugal and you have 50 Reward Points, they are worth exactly EUR 50.00.
3.7 Can I spend my Reward Points in other countries?
Yes. You may win and redeem your Reward Points in other countries within Europe and within Asia.
This means that the Reward Points you win in a European country can only be redeemed in other European countries. The same goes for Reward Points won in an Asian country, which can only be redeemed in other Asian countries.
3.8 How much are my Reward Points worth in another country?
If you wish to spend your Reward Points to purchase an item in another country, the Reward Points you choose to use will be valued in the local currency according to the applicable daily exchange rate at Xe.com.
3.9 How many Reward Points do I get when I purchase in another country?
When you win Reward Points in another country, they will be valued in your country’s currency according to the applicable exchange rate at the date and time of your purchase using Xe.com.
Please note that you may win and redeem your Reward Points in other countries within Europe and within Asia. This means that the Reward Points you win in a European country can only be redeemed in other European countries. The same goes for Reward Points won in an Asian country, which can only be redeemed in other Asian countries.
4.1 What are membership tiers?
The Sacoor Club has four membership tiers. They are Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each new Tier brings you inviting benefits that get even better as you move up tiers, so you can look forward to advantages such as free shirts monogramming and free home delivery.
Once you are a member you can start collecting Tier Points from your purchases at Sacoor Brothers. As you accumulate Tier Points you will be able to achieve Silver, Gold or Platinum membership status.
4.2 How many Tier Points do I have to accumulate to achieve each membership status?
The number of Tier Points you have to accumulate to reach Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum status vary depending on the country where you are registered in.
4.3 How many Tier Points do I win on a purchase?
The amount of Tier Points you win on a purchase matches the amount of the sale ticket that you pay for excluding the amount paid with Reward Points.
4.4 How long are my Tier Points valid for?
Your Tier Points are valid up to 13 months from the date your earning activity is completed. Within the calendar year that your Tier Points are due to expire, they will be removed from your account at the end of the month.
For example, if you earned Tier Points in June 2016, these Tier Points will expire on 30th June 2017.
4.5 How long is my Tier status be valid for?
Your Silver, Gold or Platinum Tier status is valid for a maximum of 13 months from the date you are granted such status up to your annual Tier Review Date. However, if at any point during such period you have accumulated enough Tier Points to qualify for a Tier upgrade, you will be upgraded before then.
4.6 When does my annual Tier Review Date take place?
Your Tier Review Date takes place on the last day of the month, 12 months after you have been granted your Tier status.
4.7 How long do I keep my Tier benefits for?
Your Tier benefits are valid for a maximum of 13 months from the date you are granted your Tier status up to your annual Tier Review Date. In other words, your Tier benefits are valid until the end of the 12th month after you achieve your new Tier. In case you are downgraded on your annual Tier Review Date, you may still enjoy your previous status membership benefits for an extra month.
4.8 What are the benefits of each of the different membership tiers?
There are lots of things to look forward to in every tier, from discounts to our suit care benefit, and more bonus Reward Points from your purchases.
4.9 Which Sacoor Club members are eligible for the program benefits?
Eligible Sacoor Club members must have reached the age of majority in the country where they enroll for the Sacoor Club.
4.10 What is the “Sacoor Club discount” benefit and how do I use it?
If you are a Silver, Gold or Platinum member, you are entitled to use a corresponding discount:
4.11 Is my “Sacoor Club discount” benefit cumulative with other promotions or discounts?
Your Sacoor Club discount is not cumulative with existing offers, promotions or discounts.
4.12 What is the “Birthday gift” benefit and how am I entitled to it?
Sacoor Club members are entitled to receive a birthday gift depending on their customer status:
4.13 What is the “Shirts monogramming” benefit and how do I use it?
The Shirts monogramming benefit allows Gold and Platinum Sacoor Club members to custom their shirts in a unique way.
To request the shirts monogramming benefit, please visit any of our stores and inform any of our sales associates where and what initials you would like to see monogrammed on your shirt. This benefit excludes shirts purchased in Outlet stores.
4.14 What is the “Home delivery” benefit and how do I use it?
Home delivery allows Gold and Platinum Sacoor Club members to have their tailored garments delivered to their house or hotel within a 50 km range from the store they were bought (terms and conditions apply also for online store). This benefit may only available in certain locations.
4.15 What is the “Suit care” benefit and how do I use it?
Suit care allows Gold and Platinum Club members to bring their suits to any of our Sacoor Brothers store and we will save them for you while you are travelling. We will keep them for you for a period of up to 6 months. This benefit may only available in certain locations.
5.1 Can I choose to give Reward Points to another account different from mine?
No. Your account is personal and your Reward Points are non-transferable.
5.2 Can I transfer Reward Points from my account to another member’s account?
No. At this moment Reward Points are personal and non-transferrable to another Sacoor Club account.
5.3 Can I purchase any number of Reward Points?
No. At this moment Reward Points are not possible to be purchased.
5.4 Why are Reward Points missing from my account?
Reward Points might be missing from your statement for several reasons. The most common reasons for this are that:

5.5 What are the refund terms when returning items purchased with Reward Points?
If you would like to return any item purchased with Reward Points, Sacoor Brothers immediately returns to you your Reward Points in the following way: the Reward Points discount that you used in your purchase will be split proportionately among the value of items on the ticket.
For example, if you are a Platinum member who used 100 Reward Points to purchase 3 items: A) costs 500 B) costs 200 and C) costs 300. Upon returning item C) you will be credited with 30 Reward Points in your account.
5.6 Can I or another person return an item that I purchased with my Reward Points?
Yes. If you have purchased an item with your Reward Points and would like to return it we will give you your money back plus any amount of Reward Points used to purchase it. In case another person wants to return the item, he/she will receive the amount paid for that item minus the amount of Reward Points you used to purchase that item. The amount of Reward Points you used to purchase the item will revert back to your Sacoor Club account.
5.7 What happens to the expiry date of my Reward Points when I return items purchased with them?
5.8 May I include my family and friends in my Sacoor Club account?
The Sacoor Club account is personal. Your family and friends will have to sign up for a new account if they wish to be part of the Sacoor Club.
5.9 If I buy a gift card, may I win Reward Points?
Yes, gift cards work in the same way as a garment. This means that you may win Reward Points when you buy a gift card. However, you may not buy gift cards with your Reward Points, and when you use a gift card to pay for a purchase you do not accumulate Reward Points.
5.10 Can I join my Reward Points with another person’s to make a purchase?
No. You points are personal and non-transferable.
6.1 How can I change my personal information or details on my Sacoor Club account?
If you need to change your name, birth date, residency or any other information you may do so by logging in to your Sacoor Club account.
6.2 Is it possible to change the base ‘Country’ where my Points are valued?
Yes. Please note that changing your country will affect the way in which you win Reward Points. This happens because your Reward Points are valued according to the currency of the country where you are registered in.
When you ask to change your country, you will get to keep your status (blue, silver, gold or platinum) for whatever remaining time, but your Reward Points will reset. Also, please note that you are only allowed to change your country once every 12 months. This means that once you have changed your country you will have to wait for another 12 months before doing so.
6.3 Can I have two or more Sacoor Club accounts?
You can only have one Sacoor Club account at a time.
